Admin is only there for accounts marked as administrators. It's in the account menu, top right.
- Spending
- What each person's use of the AI has cost this month, and how many calls. Every person has a monthly allowance; past it, the assistant stops for them until next month.
- New accounts wait for approval
- Ticked, new sign-ups wait until an admin presses Let them in. Switching it on doesn't lock out anyone already here.
- Suspend
- Stops someone signing in. Nothing of theirs is deleted.
- Make admin
- The last admin can't stand down, or nobody could get back in here.
- Uses your key
- Whether a space may use the server's AI. Untick it and that space's assistant, photo reading and tag suggestions go quiet. Everything else carries on working.
