Activity and undo

Every change, who made it, and taking it back.

Activity is the log of every change in the space: who made it, when, and how it arrived.

Reading it

Changes are grouped by the action that made them, so stashing a photo of six things is one entry, not six. The badge says where it came from:

web
Somebody pressing buttons in this site.
assistant
The Rummager, on someone's behalf.
mcp
Claude Code or another MCP client, using an API token.
api, voice
Captures sent from a phone shortcut or the offline Capture page.
system
Rummager itself.

Undo

Undo reverses a whole entry: it puts back what was deleted, removes what was added, and moves things back to where they were. It's recorded as a change of its own, so the log never loses anything. Once undone, an entry is marked undone.

Anybody who can edit the space can undo anybody's change. That's what makes it safe to let the Rummager — or another person — loose on it.
